We sell handmade physical products, including bookmarks, candles, scarves, and personalised gifts. All products are handmade and may present slight variations in colour, shape, or finish.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and do not include VAT.
Payments are accepted via card and Stripe.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery time is estimated between 1–5 working days.
Shipping costs are included in the product price.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
Standard (non-personalised) products: returns are not accepted.
Personalised products: returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in original condition.
6. Personalised Orders
Personalised items are created specifically for each customer. By placing a personalised order, you confirm all provided details are correct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, designs) belongs to Calm and Crafted Gifts or is used with appropriate adaptation and inspiration. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
8. Product Use & Liability
Some products (such as candles) include usage instructions and safety warnings.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, allergies, or misuse of our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
Calm and Crafted Gifts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
