At Calm and Crafted Gifts, each item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:

1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for standard items unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

2. Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item arrives damaged

• There is an error made by us

Returns are not accepted for personalised items due to customer preference or change of mind.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products

• Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)

• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
